Which shipping methods are used by SellMyPhoneNow?

The free shipping label provided to you is with USPS First Class Mail with Tracking.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Not at all. We provide you with a free shipping label that you can print at home.

Is tracking available for shipping?

Yes, the shipping label we provide you will have a tracking number you can use to see exactly where your device is.

Do I just send the phone? What about accessories?

We only ask that you send the device itself and no additional accessories.

Which electronic items does SellMyPhoneNow buy?

We mainly buy iPhones and Android smartphones. We do buy other electronics such as iPads and tablets. Please contact us via email and we can work out the details with you.

What limits are there on item selling?

In general there are no limits on how many devices you sell to us. There are some instances where this may change but, we will notify you if that is the case.

Can I send more devices not originally quoted?

Please only send the device that you were given the quote for.

Can I sell to you as a bulk seller?

Does SellMyPhoneNow buy broken/faulty devices?

We buy broken phones as long as they are functional to an extent. We have sole decision on all broken devices to determine if it can be used for resale. If not, we may decline the quote or send it back to you at no cost.

Is the quote I receive a guarantee of the price I will get?

Our provided quotes are dependent on the device's make, model, and condition. However, please note that these quotes are only as reliable as the information shared by our customers and are not guaranteed. Upon receiving the device, if we identify any disparities between the provided information and our evaluation, we will send you a revised quote via email. You have the option to accept or decline this new quote. In the event of rejection, we will return the device to you. If you require further details regarding the revised quote, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What can cause the price to change?

If there are any discrepancies with the information that was given to us initially from what we received. Some discrepancies worth noting such as wrong model or description of device or functionality of the device may change the price. We will contact you if that is the case.

How will I get paid?

We have several options you can select upon checkout. We use paypal, check, cashapp and venmo to pay our customers.

How long does my payment take to arrive?

Electronic forms of payments will be paid immediately after inspection of the device. If you chose the pay by check option, please allow 2-4 business days from when we complete the inspection. Usually happens within 24-48 hours of us receiving your device.

Are the phones wiped out?

We factory reset all devices we receive. It is important that you backup your data prior to us receiving it. If we ever have to send the device back to you, we will not be held responsible for any lost data.

How do I unlock my Phone?

You can unlock your carrier locked device by contacting your carrier and requesting them to unlock it.

What kind of phones do you take?

Mostly all recent smartphones that have a resale value.

What if I still owe money on my phone?

If your device has a financial responsibility on your end, it may or may not alter the initial quote you were given. Carriers or the company the device was financed from may block/lock the device after you send it to us.
